Most of the big softwares producers do not Know how many of net users return back not desiring to hit the button again;it is frustrating to attempt more than 5 times losing patience and creating stress.
Every day it happens.
Example: A leading anti spyware anti virus software company has an on line scanning on the net. When attempted, the message was you have to first download Java revised edition and install it in your system. It gave the option and the link and the Java worked and it got downloaded. In the meanwhile what is next ?? for forgotten by the antivirus site?!!
When again pressed for on line scan ,again and again the same Java got down loaded.
But IT WAS A VICIOUS CYCLE that the customer got into,about which the mfrrs will never know( Nobody has the cultural decency to provide a FEEDBACK option in the firstpage of their site- in case of customer dissatisfaction, annoyance,and just to get the word of comment from him - good or bad. Finally the said customer went to another site that did the same work in 20 minutes including downloading also a software and cleaning the machine and displayed a report . Customer formed a better opinion about the second company. In the first company's hands the customer got humiliated and offended and the act of offence always be better remembered than an act of kindness.
DO U KNOW THERE ARE MANY RETURNING CUSTOMERS TO YOU DUE TO YOUR BAD SOFTWARES.
DO U KNOW THAT MORE THAN 90% OF THE MFRRS ARE COMMERCIALLY ORIENTED AND DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER.
THAT THEY DO NOT LOVE THEIR OWN PRODUCSTS INSPITE OF TALL TALKS???!!== you know that after globalisation the distance between people have reduced when you think about customers in distant countries.
You do not know that our nearest neighbour customer is distanced by some practices such as above! He doesnt use us.
