A good diet book for a healthy
life ?
== I have seen India's rural folks using their mouth less and less for
eating and more and more for talking sensibly. They had better health.
They did not spend time, energy, money on Health aspects. In urban
culture, Mouth is used more for eating and also for talking equally and
without sense. I am not biased. I thought first, the rural folks are
obsessed with Wrong Religious Beliefs, No they were not. The urbanites
have more Wrong Ideas and Wrong Convictions that cannot be easily
removed by any. They are stuck up.
Based on true healthy life...as advocated by veterans of naturopathy or
bio life principles..
On the earth when the life was created,
food and searching or hunting for food was the main activity of the
creatures. But creatures being instinctive, they did not bother about
discussing their food. They did not have to invent any new , not even
fire to cook.
If You will think rationally, even before
the invention of fire, creatures lived and survived on various types of
food. Man too lived without fire for long.
Man in his history on the earth, lived as a
gatherer of fruits and lived on them for many years. Rice and Wheat and
the grain came only recently say a 5000 yrs. Is this a rational choice
of man ? Why nobody questioned it ? WHY Do they egotistically
think that his inventions are downright good for the mankind. Is cooked
food the right choice for man? God never gave it to mankind. Man made
many faulty inventions and they became commercialised and
institutionalised without proper reasoning and with unquestionable
authority. The literate masses are the most confused and ill conceived
people. They are open to attack from media. They believe the media
without questioning.
Well this is enof to make the story short.
A good diet should consist of,
if you want to know my personal opinion from my experience of handling
and living on uncooked food for more than 3 months..sincerely .( i am
used to this science for the last 25 yrs ).

Uncooked wholesome food items
prepared by nature,

that were up much above ground ( what is
under the ground is meant for pigs as you will see in the jungle the
pigs burrow and dug out their potatoes and yams and other tubular
roots.)

that were ripen by the Sun and yellowish in
colour mostly.!

that contained pulp outside meant for
eating and a seed or seeds inside for regeneration of biology.
-
that were "wholesome" in nature and were
not broken into vitamins and or nutrients.
FIRST AND TOP MOST TYPE
: This is the top most type of food fit for man's body system, its
molecular biology, its metabolism. Man does not have teeth like tigers.
He is not intended to eat flesh cooked or uncooked. Living on this
TOPtype of food enables the function of body and its organs very
smoothly without ageing, without diseases. This is my conviction. There
are still saints and yogis in the forests of the Himalayas and the
south, of India, who live only on one date fruit a day. They are alive,
their system is clean, their brain is sharp. Their body system does not
have the Unnecessary burden of eliminating the waste, cause there is no
waste in what they eat. 100% IMMUNITY FROM DISEASES IS AVAILABLE IN THIS
FOOD ONLY. Again this depends upon the body of the person his lineage,
his inherited genetic strength, his genetic immunity etc.
SECOND TYPE
of food consists of fruits and green fresh vegetables cut and eaten raw.
For this type also the best is that found growing above ground. You can
make salad, or eat raw vegetables and fill your stomach. Much of today's
diseases will disappear without any medicine.This is truth and not an
illusion. THIS ALSO GIVE S IMMUNITY AGAINST DISEASES, altho not 100%
THIRD TYPE
of food that is good for man, IS PURE VEGETARIAN but
secondary only to the above, is food cooked in steam and not in oil. It
loses its biological function as food, once it is refined and
cooked. Say rice or wheat ! Man loses much energy from this type
of food. But this is better than cooked food in oil. IMMUNITY IS
PRESERVED BUT NOT CONTINUED. LIVING IN THREAT OF LOSING IMMUNITY LITTLE
BY LITTLE.
FOURTH TYPE is
PURE VEGETARIAN cooked in all media like oil fries, potato fries. These
produce some toxins and waste elimination in the body becomes difficult
resulting in diseases. Partially the body adjusts depending upon the
strength of the liver, kidney and other organs. If genetic inheritance
is good, it is good.By generations of using abused food for the body,
genetic weakness results. This is witnessed earlier failure of waste
elim organs like kidney, liver etc . And thereby Immunity is reduced to low levels.
FIFTH TYPE
of food is cooking of all stuff - vegetarian or non vegetarian in
oil and living on such food day in day out. The uric acid in non
vegetarian food spoils the functioning of the kidney. The toxins cannot
be eliminated by the body. The metabolism suffers a severe attack. Those
who have greater immunity by genetic inheritance suffer less. Others
suffer and suffer. Death comes at last. IMMUNITY IS CONTINUOUSLY UNDER
THREAT. REMEDIES AND CURES LOOK DISTANT. UNLESS THE PERSONS GO IN FOR
CHANGES IN FOOD THERE IS NO REMEDY.
SIXTH TYPE of
food that will certainly give you many diseases and you will spend not
less than 10 to 40% of your annual income on medicine.
You will wait to meet the doctor, periodically. You cannot live without
assessing health condition periodically. You keep busy meeting doctors
and eating pills tablets all day along. You have no time for anything
else. This food consists of all canned food, drinks, and stored food
with longer shelf life. For enhancing shelf life, many additives are
added and they not the food itself add injury to the waste eliminating
organs. The first to give up is THE LIVER, THEN the KIDNEY, THEN THE
HEART. There are a whole bunch of medical world people, media,
marketers to make you believe you that they are right.They may be
totally wrong, but you believe them or you are made to believe them.
Death seems closer to such types of food, and death is made acceptable
sweetly.But death does not come easily. The people go thru a lot of
suffering that could have been avoided. Surgery , Injections, and
horrible inhuman treatments to the DIVINE HUMAN BODY CREATED BY NATURE.
Slowly all immunity to diseases is lost and the person suffers from
various diseases. DEATH comes after prolonged suffering. Relatives get
tired and start letting you alone.
What food
should you eat for your dieting.
Do not eat chemicals to reduce your weight or obesity. There are
methods that are good for your body. Do not fast abruptly.
THE BEST
CHOICES NOW ARE BELOW:
You should try to have a mixture of the above so that you will live
happily and also ensure that you dont lose the taste of life that is
habituated to you.

KEEP YOUR lifestyle food TYPE AS THE FOURTH OR THIRD TYPE
and sparingly eat 5th or 6th types of food. Besides this you can
have oneday in the week dedicated to cleaning of the body. No fasting. ON
LINE CLEANING means eating such food to clean the body without doing
fasting. Oneday in the week, eat only fruits and vegetables. Do some
exercises.

body will try to start a long cleaning process and the waste elimination

any big craving for such food or any food. I can eat anything and I am not

Hey I want to live happily, eating and living all I can get!
Well if you cannot avoid such oil food and Non vegetarian food, then it is
a must for you to clean your large intestine with ENEMA atleast once a
week. Eat more fruits before taking food, if you can. Everyday you should
make it a habbit to eat bananas at night before going to bed. Atleast 4
bananas . Take more fibre in your food. DO MORE EXERCISES esp for the
stomach.
For
others we have nothing to suggest. TRY ALWAYS TO BE MODERATE

FOR GOOD HEALTH :
Eat fruits whenever you can in an empty stomach only
Drink fruit juices without sugar, just plain or with ice. In empty
stomach
Drink more water in the early morning waking up state. and one hour
after food.
Go ease the bowels at night before retiring to bed and early in the
morning.
Walk at least 2 km daily
