Once You have finished your
higher education you enter a world of job search. It requires
practical approach. Leave aside, your acquired pattern of behavior,
and become smart in searching for a good job with a good pay packet.
You got to organise yourself, Plan your work, time and
money. The best skills you acquire and sharpen will help you at
best. Or else you get dropped down.
There are school drop outs,
college drop outs, marriage drop outs, and career drop outs.
You were doing
well in college in studies. Those skills will not be of any help.
You require practical approach, wisdom, quick witted, alert, sharp
minded, disciplined, hardworking to get a good job. If you fail in
this approach the chances of getting a good job are remote.
GETTING a
good job in a good company, starting may be small, is depending upon
your hard work, your determination and perseverance. Have more
friends, discuss with them, participate and give and take help in
groups, to ensure a good job for a good life. Good Luck ! These
skills are all lying inside you and you have to just make an
endeavor and bring them out and sharpen them to help you. Nobody is
born with these skills. There are good jobs going to average
graduate students of unheard colleges, just because they have more
of the above skills. Very high scorers fare lesser in employment
placement because they fail in searching for a better job. BE
OUTWARD LOOKING. BE CHEERFUL. WELCOME FRIENDS, SHARE YOUR
EXPERIENCES AND GET AHEAD OF OTHERS. DEFEND YOUR SELF, LEARN TO DO
IT.
NEVER GIVE
UP ! Give useful company to others.They need
you. You need them. You cant do it alone.
Don't stop
with the Net search. Read the newspapers, whether they require staff or
not, send in an application. They will like it.
To make an
impression on the employer you have to have inbuilt self confidence,
wearing good looking dress, and a good cheering smile. Don't be too
self conscious. Don't give a look of a tall talk, or loud mouth
either.
Your
application should have a covering letter that is impressively
prepared and should contain words that promise a good candidate.
Many times, a good letter does it all. Your resume or bio data is an
ordinary thing but should spell out your data correctly and clearly
and in short with all required data at a glance.
Remember,
employers have no time to go through your long long letters unless
there is a need for it, if it is a specialist job requiring more
explanation to convince them that you have the skills they look for.
Ordinarily your letters should be brief and impressive. Your photos should be very good to attract them at first sight. Pay attention to
what you wear for the photo or for the interview or for your office.
Keep a standard of your own, distinct.

Searching
the Net is not an easy work. You will get a lakh entries and you
will confused, if you are a beginner. Hence we have done some home
work and given some sites and links for easy search. Go to
these links and keep a Resume and upload your resume after
registering in these sites. Keep same user name and password for all
sites for convenience. Come back every two days and apply easily.

first thing is to get ready: your foto on a cd, a small size foto
with 35 jpeg size, and then your resume written well, and a covering
letter. all this in a cd or pendrive.
keep all the above in your email-go to compose -put it in=
save it as a draft for use for ever.
go to
all these sites and register yourself first with your email id and
address and name etc and keep the same pw
then read your email daily
to see inward mail
then visit these sites and
register your resume inside it or send it to those job advts in the
site
send whether you are acceptable or not ; it clicks sometime.
further see newspaper daily and get hold of their email id or
address and send them email and also paper appl directly by courier
or post.
DO THESE REGULARLY FOR ONE
MONTH AFTER GETTING ALL YOUR FINAL EXAM MARKS !!

questions to unknwn net friends who will definitely give good
valuable advice and sometimes inform you to apply immdtly for a good
