glance.
Remember, employers have no

if it is a specialist job requiring more explanation to convince them
that you have the skills they look for. Ordinarily your letters should
be brief and impressive. Your photos should be very good to attract them
at first sight. Pay attention to what you wear for the photo or for the
interview or for your office. Keep a standard of your own, distinct.
