After automation, quality of work and conscious working has come down a lot.

with the mushrooming ideology of MNC s and liberalisation, the first thing that got the backseat was Patriotism - then
WORK WAS REMOVED FROM ITS HONORABLE SEAT
and as a consequence Worker was dishonoured.
The world over, today, work is NOT respected starting from our Houses, thru the street, offices, and the nation and the world.  Automation removed the emphasis on work. Leaders and administrators are gloating over the thought of Technology, ENTIRELY WRONGLY.
Technologisation cannot remove all the work in all the places.
There are specific tasks that Technology can do. That too is vulnerable in human hands. The govt and the politicians around the world are discussing remove the dependence on the permanence of the worker in the organisation. The importance of pension, Why public health care should be run by the State. are their daily bread talks.now.
Income earning potential has reduced in the Administrative posts of the top politicians around the world. Their demand and hunger has several fold, multiplied. Avenues are seeming less. Thats why the gnawing hands have started cutting to the roots of the tree instead of plucking fruits, after watering.

Our enemy is within us, and closer to us than our distant alien unfriendly earthly partners of progress or Degress.

We are all responsible for the state of affairs today, and we continue to allow it to exist and grow. The future of children are at stake. Do U know MNCs sprout everywhere But what about their accountability to the employees they take. There are some IT companies that dont pay salary even after 3 months  in India. Youngsters are timid and continue to be exploited. The state should have control over every thing, and should become a partner to unhealthy trends.
Remember a work can be well done, only when it is given time and men to do it, Otherwise it will end up in frauds.
Nobody wants to show concern about these Priorities of Yesterday.

The best morale is with the man who sleeps on the street. and not elsewhere. It has eroded with position,status, and money. It is Evil that pulls Men and Never leaves them till their complete destruction of the soul.




communism may fail
but humanism should not.....

work is worship, workplace is a temple, worker is a devotee.

It is work that keeps up our mental  and physical health.

Lack of or absence of work is the opposite !

Whitman loved workers  because of his humanism and

not communism.

communism or capitalism  both with a dose of egotistic high ego centric " isms " have failed the democracies and the people are the ultimate victims of illogical irrational savage like jungle lawed - political systems !

 A simple touch of humanism and love for humanity is now lost forever and untraceable.

WORKER !

You have worked and worshipped work

for million of years that came and went.

as tho" work was your first love

and first spouse;

You have remained in the world

of the endangered dream ;

now all that is a nightmare .

even if your life and energy

is weaned out 

and you have only 20 % of them

 left out ;

they will ask you to work and die 

Days of Horrible Judgments Pronounced !

 Worker, You were not respected at home, as your returned from your hard work ;

you were not respected at office as you ended up with too much of loyalty ;

who bothered about you and your work

it was YOU who poured water to the trees and made them live and survive to give us our breath ;

it was you,

but the days are gone;

The British industrial period

 of torture of worker is 

all the world  over now

and not in any one place alone.

The ego of man every where with money

 and power is bursting out

into evil power ;

and the worker is the worst of the lot.

God cannot take away the air that you breathe the sun that you are in day in out .

There is a wicked trend

the world over.

All gluttons gloat and gloom

and being glum

have no thot about others !

The democracy is dead

and the definition of the State

is dead;

the words are defunct !

Today the worker is humililated by his own insttn

his workers union, his family and relatives....

the worker is the most affected of all of this generatin

The next idol is the non worker consumer
